Your California (CCPA/CPRA) right to opt out, and how to use it here.

KibbleLab does not sell or share your identifiable personal information, and we never use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We create de-identified data (which cannot reasonably identify you or your pet) in two forms. Aggregate statistics describe groups, not individuals; they are not "personal information" under the CCPA/CPRA, and we may use, share, sell, or license them whether or not you opt out. Individual de-identified records (de-identified data about a single pet) are licensed only if you opt in, and the opt-out below removes you from that licensing (see our Privacy Policy). To the extent any such activity is treated as a "sale" or "share" under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to opt out, and you can do so below.

The individual de-identified records we license are tied to a KibbleLab account, so if you don't have one, there's nothing for us to opt out of.

Other ways to exercise this right

  • Email privacy@kibblelab.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." We'll verify your identity and process the request within the time required by law.
  • You may also designate an authorized agent to submit this request on your behalf, subject to identity verification.
